The upper die lip adopts push-pull adjustable device, which can produce 2-50mm thick sheet products.
Product Description
The mold body is made of high-strength hot-work steel or imported alloy steel to extend the service life of the mold.
The inside of the die head adopts a hanger-type runner design, and the surface of the runner is treated with hard chrome plating, with an average thickness of 0.04-0.06mm, and miror polished to ensure uniform discharge without blockage.
Insulation devices are added at both ends of the die head and the equipment fixing bolts to block the heat conduction between the die head and the equipment and reduce heat loss.
All fasteners of die head adopt high-strength bolts of grade 12.9.
The heating element adopts high quality and durable brand stainless steel heating rod.
